Job Title: Contract TA Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract TA Specialist to join our client to support ongoing talent acquisition efforts during a period of increased hiring activity. This role focuses on managing overflow recruiting needs across a variety of non clinical positions while partnering with an established internal recruiting team. The specialist will help maintain consistent hiring workflows, strong candidate pipelines, and timely progress toward staffing goals. This is a fully remote, temporary opportunity aligned to Eastern Time hours.
Compensation:
$30 to $40 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities of the Contract TA Specialist:
• Support overflow requisitions by delivering full cycle recruiting for non clinical roles such as call center, administrative, and claims focused positions
• Partner closely with an existing team of recruiters to ensure continuity, efficiency, and timely candidate movement
• Conduct sourcing, screening, and interview coordination using applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and job boards
• Provide limited hiring manager support while following established recruiting leadership and processes
• Ensure recruiting activity remains organized, compliant, and aligned with overall hiring priorities
Qualifications and Skills for the Contract TA Specialist:
• Three to five years of full cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate environments
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for non clinical, high volume or operational roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team oriented approach
• Proficiency using ATS platforms, HR systems, and online sourcing tools
• Ability to ramp quickly, manage multiple requisitions, and adapt in a fast paced environment
