Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant Paralegal to join our client to support the successful execution of complex commercial real estate matters. This role partners closely with a lead attorney and associate attorney to ensure transactions move efficiently from due diligence through closing. The position plays a key role in maintaining document accuracy, managing timelines, and supporting legal compliance across a diverse real estate portfolio. This is a permanent, 100 percent on site opportunity based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
Compensation:
$35.00 to $40.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday during normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant Paralegal:
- Support attorneys with day to day legal and administrative functions related to commercial real estate transactions and financing matters
- Prepare, review, and organize commercial loan documentation including mortgages, deeds, UCC filings, SNDAs, and assignments of leases
- Coordinate due diligence efforts such as title, survey, zoning, appraisal review, and escrow activities to support timely closings
- Manage closing processes including settlement coordination, execution of documents, and preparation of closing binders and portfolios
- Demonstrated experience working with commercial real estate loan documents and transactions rather than primarily residential matters
- Working knowledge of leasing, SBA loans, escrow procedures, settlements, and commercial real estate closings
- Experience supporting legal teams within a law firm or in collaboration with attorneys from a title company environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced setting
- Notary designation is preferred
