Job Title: Accounts Receivable Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join our client to help drive consistent cash flow, resolve complex receivables issues, and lead a high performing accounting team. This direct hire role focuses on balancing hands on account ownership with people leadership in a fast paced B2B environment. The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee daily receivables activity, guide team performance, and support process improvements tied to accuracy and efficiency. This position is based in Lansdale, Pennsylvania and follows a hybrid work schedule with a strong onsite presence.
Compensation:
$70,000 to $100,000 per year plus a one week holiday bonus in December and an annual performance bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday
7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one work from home day on Wednesdays
Training may require additional onsite time
Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Manager:
• Oversee daily accounts receivable operations while maintaining ownership of a personal portfolio of large and complex customer accounts
• Lead, coach, and support a team of five direct reports to ensure productivity, accountability, and professional growth
• Manage and reduce deductions backlog by analyzing discrepancies and driving timely resolution in a high volume environment
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and support cash flow goals
• Apply sound judgment and problem solving skills to prioritize work, address escalations, and adapt to shifting business needs
Qualifications and Skills for the Accounts Receivable Manager:
• Four or more years of business to business accounts receivable experience with at least one year of direct or indirect leadership responsibility
• Proven ability to manage deductions and perform effectively in a fast paced, high volume setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team oriented mindset
• Demonstrated decision making ability with a calm and composed approach under pressure
• High school diploma required with a stable work history and experience outside of healthcare or consumer collections
