Job Title: Director of Provider Reimbursement Strategy
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Director of Provider Reimbursement Strategy to join our client to help drive sustainable reimbursement models and financial performance across a growing provider network. This role plays a critical part in shaping how providers are paid by designing data driven methodologies that balance cost management, compliance, and provider engagement. The Director will oversee complex reimbursement operations while partnering closely with contracting, analytics, and leadership teams. This is a permanent position that is mostly remote with periodic onsite collaboration.
Compensation:
$150,000 annually plus eligibility for an annual bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours Eastern Time
Key Responsibilities of the Director of Provider Reimbursement Strategy:
• Establish and lead reimbursement strategies and payment methodologies across multiple provider types and markets
• Oversee financial modeling, benchmarking, and payment analysis supporting provider negotiations and network growth
• Ensure claims payment accuracy through strong analytical processes, contract alignment, and reimbursement governance
• Guide end to end reimbursement operations including contract configuration, fee schedules, and operational readiness
• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing reimbursement and analytics team while supporting medical cost initiatives
Qualifications and Skills for the Director of Provider Reimbursement Strategy:
• Extensive experience in provider reimbursement, payment methodology design, and healthcare financial analysis
• Strong working knowledge of Pennsylvania Medicaid, CMS Medicare, and industry standard payment models
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for contracting and executive decision making
• Demonstrated leadership experience building, mentoring, and retaining high caliber analytical teams
• Advanced analytical, communication, and collaboration skills within matrixed healthcare environments
