Job Title: SPOC Agent

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple SPOC Agents to join our client to support borrowers through critical stages of the loss mitigation process while helping drive positive resolution outcomes. This direct-hire opportunity is 100% remote, with candidates required to reside in FL, TN, GA, TX, KY, AL, OH, WV, VA, SC, MD, AR, or NC. In this role, you will act as a consistent point of contact for delinquent borrowers, balancing compliance, customer advocacy, and timely loan resolution. The position is well-suited for professionals who thrive in structured, fast-paced environments and value service-driven work with measurable impact.

Compensation:
$21–$22 per hour, based on experience

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities of the SPOC Agent:

• Serve as the dedicated borrower liaison, guiding customers through the loss mitigation lifecycle with clear communication and consistent follow-up
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of delinquent accounts to ensure timely outreach, documentation, and resolution activities
• Conduct inbound and outbound borrower conversations related to collections, retention solutions, and account status updates
• Review financial information to identify appropriate retention or exit strategies, including modification and liquidation pathways
• Maintain thorough, accurate account records while ensuring adherence to investor guidelines and internal policies
• Address escalated concerns and complex borrower situations with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment

Qualifications and Skills for the SPOC Agent:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• At least two years of hands-on experience in Loss Mitigation serving as a single point of contact
• Working expertise with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines, along with familiarity with FHA and VA requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive or challenging conversations
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, manage competing priorities, and maintain high attention to detail
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting with strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection laws, bankruptcy procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
• Access to a quiet, private workspace with a hardwired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload) and the ability to remain fully engaged throughout scheduled shifts
