Job Title: RN Care Coordinator Telephonic
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an RN Care Coordinator Telephonic to join our client to support patients by delivering high quality virtual nursing guidance and care coordination services. This role focuses on assisting individuals with chronic or rare conditions as they navigate treatment options and clinical programs. The nurse will serve as a trusted point of contact, providing education, screening, and escalation support through structured telephonic interactions. This is a contract to hire opportunity based onsite in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, requiring a consistent local commute.
Compensation:
$30.00 to $40.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, eight hour shifts scheduled between 9:00am and 7:00pm EST
Key Responsibilities of the RN Care Coordinator Telephonic:
• Deliver telephonic nursing support by managing inbound and outbound calls with patients, caregivers, and potential program participants
• Guide callers through scripted medical screenings while clearly explaining therapeutic options using approved clinical responses
• Document patient interactions accurately within designated systems while navigating multiple software platforms
• Identify clinical concerns, escalations, and adverse events and route them according to established protocols
• Complete required training and actively collaborate within a virtual nursing team to maintain service quality
Qualifications and Skills for the RN Care Coordinator Telephonic:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any US state with a minimum of three years of nursing experience
• Bachelor’s degree required with US based education or properly translated foreign credentials
• Prior experience in telephonic nursing, case management, or non clinical patient services strongly preferred
• Strong computer proficiency, typing ability, and comfort working independently in a structured virtual environment
• Clear and professional communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
