Job Title: Sr. Compensation Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our client to help drive fair, competitive, and data informed compensation and total rewards programs. This permanent opportunity is based in Philadelphia, PA and offers a hybrid work arrangement after the first 90 days, with remote work on Tuesdays and Fridays and flexibility to be onsite as business needs require. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor on compensation strategy while partnering closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders. The position also provides exposure to broader total rewards initiatives and advanced people analytics, making it ideal for a compensation professional looking to expand their impact.
Compensation:
$106,000 to $125,000 per year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Compensation Analyst:
• Oversee the design, analysis, and ongoing management of base pay and incentive programs to support organizational goals and internal equity
• Deliver market pricing, job evaluation, and salary structure maintenance while ensuring alignment with external competitiveness and internal frameworks
• Guide annual compensation processes including merit and bonus cycles by managing data, systems, reporting, and leader support
• Serve as a compensation advisor to HR partners and leaders, providing clear guidance on pay decisions, transparency, and governance
• Contribute to broader total rewards initiatives and analytics, including benefits support, dashboards, audits, and cross functional projects
Qualifications and Skills for the Sr. Compensation Analyst:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance, economics, or a related discipline, with equivalent experience considered
• Five to seven or more years of professional experience with strong hands on compensation expertise and exposure to benefits or total rewards
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
• Strong communication skills with comfort explaining complex compensation topics to non HR stakeholders
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information in a collaborative team environment
