Job Title: Claims Data Coordinator (Remote)
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Claims Data Coordinator to join our client to support critical claims operations by improving data accuracy and reducing processing backlogs. This role plays a key part in ensuring provider and claim information is properly reviewed, validated, and aligned across internal systems. The position is based in Philadelphia, PA and follows a hybrid work arrangement with onsite training during the first week and possibly the second week, followed by remote work. This is a temporary contract opportunity designed for detail oriented professionals who thrive in structured, data driven environments.
Compensation:
$22.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday during normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Claims Data Coordinator:

• Support claims processing initiatives by entering, reviewing, and updating provider and claim data to address existing backlogs
• Validate provider addresses and identifiers by cross referencing incoming claims with internal systems and databases
• Document unmatched provider details in designated platforms to support accurate claim matching and resolution
• Review claim records for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies and following basic audit procedures to correct issues
• Navigate internal systems, CRM tools, and shared inboxes to manage assigned claim queues while meeting productivity and quality expectations

Qualifications and Skills for the Claims Data Coordinator:

• Prior experience with data entry, claims processing, or administrative support in a regulated or detail driven environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information
• Comfort working across multiple systems and tools while following defined workflows and procedures
• Effective time management skills with the ability to maintain accuracy in a high volume setting
• Clear communication skills and the judgment to escalate issues appropriately when resolution requires additional support
