Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client to support accurate, compliant, and customer focused loan servicing interactions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers receive clear information and timely resolutions while company policies and service standards are upheld. The position is fully remote and structured for individuals who excel in fast paced, detail driven environments. This is a contract to hire opportunity for candidates located in FL, TN, GA, KY, AL, OH, WV, VA, SC, MD, TX, AR, or NC.
Compensation:
$16.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST
One Saturday every four weeks from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a compensatory day off the following week
Thirty minute daily lunch break
Overtime may be offered and required
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
• Deliver timely and professional customer support through inbound calls and email while addressing loan related questions with accuracy
• Navigate multiple systems and training resources to research escrow, payments, and account maintenance in real time
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to support resolution, continuity of service, and ongoing training needs
• Manage workload efficiently to meet service level expectations during periods of increased call volume
• Communicate system challenges, training needs, or process concerns proactively to leadership
Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Service Representative:
• Advanced computer proficiency with the ability to multitask across systems while engaging customers
• Strong organizational skills that support accurate documentation and quick information retrieval
• Ability to remain calm and professional while meeting performance metrics in a high pressure environment
• Proven experience de escalating customer concerns and handling difficult conversations within policy guidelines
• Reliable attendance with the ability to follow assigned schedules, breaks, and overtime requirements
