Job Title: EHR Support Analyst

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an EHR Support Analyst to join our client to support the reliable, efficient use of an electronic health records platform across physician practices. This direct hire, fully remote role focuses on helping clinical teams navigate system functionality, resolve issues, and maintain smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on athenaOne experience and a service-oriented mindset, ensuring providers can focus on patient care without disruption. This position plays a key role in system optimization, user satisfaction, and ongoing process improvement.

Compensation:
$55,000/year

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

Key Responsibilities of the EHR Support Analyst:

• Provide frontline and intermediate-level support for athenaOne users, addressing access, workflow, and configuration challenges to maintain dependable system performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues by managing support requests, documenting solutions, and meeting established response timelines
• Build, maintain, and update administrative tables and provider configurations to support clinical operations
• Partner with training, onboarding, revenue cycle, and operational teams to escalate and resolve complex system issues
• Identify recurring issues or trends and contribute insights to improve system processes and the overall user experience

Qualifications and Skills for the EHR Support Analyst:

• At least two years of hands-on experience working with the athenaOne EHR platform in a clinical or practice setting
• Ability to create and manage full administrative tables and provider configurations within the system
• Background supporting clinical workflows rather than billing-focused functions
• Experience in roles such as EHR support, clinical systems support, or physician office management using athenaOne
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
