Job Title: Training Specialist

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to join our client to support the effective adoption and consistent use of preventive diagnostic tools within an established wellness program. This direct-hire opportunity is based onsite in Boca Raton, FL and focuses on improving physician confidence, workflow consistency, and clinical accuracy through hands-on education and personalized training. The role partners closely with medical professionals and internal teams to strengthen program outcomes and enhance the overall provider experience. Candidates who enjoy teaching, collaborating, and applying clinical knowledge in an operational setting will thrive in this position.

Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000/year

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Training Specialist:

• Deliver hands-on, individualized training to physicians and internal staff on diagnostic equipment and preventive care workflows
• Guide providers through live demonstrations and supervised practice to reinforce correct use of clinical tools
• Maintain and refresh training resources, educational materials, and digital portals to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Review and interpret utilization data to promote compliance, identify trends, and support quality improvement efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on pilots, evaluations, and enhancements tied to new or evolving diagnostic technologies

Qualifications and Skills for the Training Specialist:

• Background in a clinical or patient-care environment such as medical assisting, nursing, or similar healthcare roles
• Comfort working with data and reports, including the ability to use Excel for basic analysis and documentation
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a service-minded approach to supporting physicians
• Highly organized with the ability to manage training sessions, documentation, and follow-up independently
• Professional demeanor with a focus on delivering a polished training experience
