Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our client to help drive scalable quality systems and technical excellence across manufacturing operations. This direct hire role supports a rapidly growing organization by strengthening inspection, supplier quality, and manufacturing alignment. The position plays a critical role in translating engineering intent into repeatable, compliant production outcomes. This opportunity is 100 percent onsite in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Compensation:
$135,000 base salary plus annual bonus
Work Schedule:
Normal business hours, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities of the Quality Control Manager:
• Lead and mature quality processes across internal and external manufacturing to support growth and increased technical complexity
• Oversee and develop a team of quality professionals including inspectors, a quality control supervisor, and supplier quality leadership
• Serve as a technical liaison between product development, manufacturing, operations, and suppliers to ensure design intent and manufacturability alignment
• Review engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining requirements while identifying risks and improvement opportunities
• Partner directly with suppliers to address corrective actions, cost drivers, and long term quality performance
Qualifications and Skills for the Quality Control Manager:
• Strong technical foundation with a preference for mechanical engineering or comparable hands on manufacturing experience
• Proven background in precision manufacturing with exposure to third party or outsourced production environments
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality systems and audit readiness
• Experience supporting regulated industries such as medical device or aerospace manufacturing
• Detail oriented leader with the ability to navigate ambiguity, address conflict constructively, and communicate with intellectual honesty
