Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join our client to support attorneys through the successful execution of complex commercial real estate transactions. This role plays a key part in keeping deals moving by managing documentation, coordinating with outside parties, and maintaining organized transaction workflows. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a deadline driven legal environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow through. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity based in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
Compensation:
$70,000 to $80,000 per year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday during normal business hours with potential overtime opportunities
Key Responsibilities of the Real Estate Paralegal:
• Support commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing, ensuring documents and materials are accurate and complete
• Prepare, organize, and submit zoning and land use applications while tracking deadlines and communicating with municipal offices
• Draft, revise, and manage agreements, correspondence, and transactional documentation
• Review and organize title, survey, and due diligence materials while maintaining well structured transaction files
• Coordinate closing logistics and prepare and distribute closing binders for real estate and loan transactions
Qualifications and Skills for the Real Estate Paralegal:
• At least three years of experience supporting commercial real estate, land use, or zoning matters within a legal setting
• Strong working knowledge of due diligence review, document preparation, and closing processes
• Ability to manage multiple attorneys, priorities, and deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Notary Public designation preferred but not required
• Demonstrated employment stability with a preference for candidates showing long term tenure
