Job Title: Subrogation BDR
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Subrogation BDR to join our client to help drive new business conversations and expand market presence through proactive outreach. This role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective organizations that align with defined customer profiles while supporting senior leaders with qualified meetings. The ideal candidate is energized by relationship building, enjoys strategic prospecting, and thrives in a metrics driven sales environment. This is a direct hire, fully remote opportunity open to candidates located within the United States.
Compensation:
$75,000 to $90,000 base salary plus quarterly commission and bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday during normal business hours, Eastern Time
Key Responsibilities of the Subrogation BDR:
• Execute consistent outbound outreach through phone, email, and professional networking platforms to generate new leads
• Qualify prospective clients by applying established criteria and assessing alignment with ideal customer profiles
• Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings for senior leaders while ensuring a positive first impression
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM, including activity notes, lead status, and follow up plans
• Contribute insights on outreach effectiveness, prospect feedback, objections, and market trends to refine messaging
Qualifications and Skills for the Subrogation BDR:
• Previous experience in business development, sales development, or a related role within professional services, insurance, or staffing environments
• Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and uncover client needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple prospects, stay organized, and meet activity and appointment targets
• Comfort using CRM systems and research tools to personalize outreach and track engagement
• Creative and relationship focused approach to prospecting with a drive to build long term connections
