Job Title: Medicare Marketing QA Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Medicare Marketing QA Specialist to join our client to support the quality and compliance of regulated marketing communications. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy clarity and regulatory alignment across digital print and multimedia materials that support Medicare products. The position is based in Philadelphia PA and follows a hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence once a week on Wednesdays. This is a contract opportunity offering exposure to highly regulated marketing environments and cross functional collaboration.
Compensation:
Up to $40.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday during normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Medicare Marketing QA Specialist:
• Ensure the accuracy completeness and compliance of marketing materials across web print and multimedia formats
• Validate benefit product and business information against CMS marketing and communication standards
• Oversee proofreading and quality checks for grammar formatting data accuracy and visual consistency
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and vendors to confirm revisions are fully and correctly implemented
• Support adherence to branding style guidelines and Medicare marketing readiness requirements
Qualifications and Skills for the Medicare Marketing QA Specialist:
• Proven quality assurance experience within regulated healthcare environments such as health insurance or pharmaceuticals
• Strong proofreading and content review skills across variable formats including PDFs and data heavy layouts
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and organization
• Familiarity with CMS marketing guidelines and regulated communication standards
• A degree in English communications or a related field or equivalent professional experience
