Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join our client to support attorneys in delivering thorough, organized, and client centered litigation services. This role plays a key part in moving plaintiff personal injury cases forward from intake through resolution by ensuring documentation, deadlines, and trial preparation are handled with precision. The position is based in Plymouth Meeting, PA and offers a hybrid work arrangement after an initial onsite training period. This is a direct hire opportunity designed for an experienced paralegal who thrives in a litigation driven environment.
Compensation:
$80,000 to $100,000 per year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday during standard business hours with flexible schedule options including 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Paralegal:
  • Manage personal injury litigation files from initial filing through settlement or trial, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely progression
  • Draft, review, and coordinate filing of pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents in compliance with court rules
  • Oversee discovery and case development efforts, including medical records management, treatment summaries, and lien negotiation and resolution
  • Coordinate litigation logistics such as depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trial preparation including exhibits and witness materials
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients while maintaining calendars, deadlines, and case data within the firm’s case management system
Qualifications and Skills for the Personal Injury Paralegal:
  • A degree in paralegal studies, law, or a related field is preferred, with equivalent hands on experience also considered
  • At least three years of experience supporting plaintiff personal injury litigation in a law firm or similar legal setting
  • Working knowledge of Pennsylvania litigation practices, with exposure to New Jersey matters considered a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with experience using legal case management systems such as Litify
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
