Job Title: Call Center Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our client to support day to day customer engagement and service delivery operations. This role focuses on assisting customers through inbound and outbound communication while ensuring questions and concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally. The position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast paced, service driven environment and are comfortable managing frequent customer interactions. This is a contract opportunity based in Wayne, PA with a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Training schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After training, the schedule remains Monday through Friday with availability required until 8:00 PM, typically one to two late shifts per week on remote days. In office days do not include Fridays.
Key Responsibilities of the Call Center Specialist:
• Deliver consistent, professional support through a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer questions and issues by applying strong listening, problem solving, and communication skills
• Document interactions accurately while navigating basic Microsoft Office and Excel tools
• Adhere to established service standards, schedules, and performance expectations in a call center environment
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support overall customer experience goals
Qualifications and Skills for the Call Center Specialist:
• Previous call center or customer service experience in a fast paced environment
• A degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is equally valued
• Comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Office for daily tasks and documentation
• Demonstrated work history reflecting reliability, consistency, and job stability
• Ability to clearly explain past customer service experiences during behavioral interviews
