Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our client to support and deliver effective hiring outcomes for a product development focused organization. This role is responsible for managing end to end recruiting efforts for engineering and software focused positions while partnering closely with hiring leaders. The recruiter will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. This is a contract position that is onsite in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:

• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through offer discussions for engineering and software focused roles
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role priorities, and hiring timelines
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agency partners
• Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, feedback collection, and hiring recommendations to ensure timely decisions
• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner across multiple levels of the organization in a fast paced hiring environment

Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Recruiter:

• Two to seven years of recruiting experience supporting technical or product development focused teams
• Proven experience hiring engineering and software professionals, with medical device or med tech exposure preferred
• Hands on experience managing full cycle recruiting processes in a high demand environment
• Familiarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems, with Workday experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
