Job Title: Bilingual Business Development Representative

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Representative to join our client to help drive growth and strengthen community partnerships throughout the Denver, Colorado market. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys building long-term business connections through networking, outreach, and event engagement. The role will focus on expanding referral partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and supporting ongoing business development initiatives within a fast-paced professional services setting. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Denver, CO.

Compensation:
$60,000–$80,000/year plus end-of-year discretionary bonus

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Business Development Representative:

  • Develop and maintain referral partnerships by cultivating relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and industry contacts throughout the Denver area
  • Represent the organization at networking events, educational sessions, and community functions to increase visibility and generate new business opportunities
  • Coordinate and facilitate outreach initiatives such as seminars, presentations, and lunch-and-learn events designed to strengthen engagement with referral sources
  • Track business development activity, manage outreach efforts, and maintain accurate relationship records using CRM tools and reporting systems
  • Identify emerging partnership opportunities and communicate market feedback to leadership to support continued regional growth efforts
  • Deliver professional presentations and confidently communicate with prospective partners, clients, and internal teams in both English and Spanish

Qualifications and Skills for the Bilingual Business Development Representative:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in outside sales, business development, or relationship management is required
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effectively supporting a diverse client base and community network
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities with the confidence to build rapport in professional and social settings
  • Experience using CRM platforms, with Salesforce proficiency highly preferred, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and stay productive in a fast-moving environment
  • Self-motivated and relationship-driven, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; additional education in business, management, or a related field is a plus
