Job Title: Senior Business Development Rep
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Rep to join our client to support growth across a portfolio of multi family and affordable housing clients. This role focuses on developing new business, strengthening existing relationships, and serving as a trusted presence in the field during renovation and unit turn projects. The position is based in Baltimore, MD and follows a hybrid work arrangement with regular field activity and limited in office time after training. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity offering strong visibility and collaboration with senior sales leadership.
Compensation:
$90,000 to $110,000 per year plus bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Business Development Rep:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of multi family, housing authority, and affordable housing clients while acting as the primary relationship owner
• Drive new business development through proactive field based outreach, networking, and lead generation efforts across assigned territories
• Spend significant time onsite at active projects to identify risks, surface client concerns early, and coordinate solutions with internal teams
• Partner closely with senior sales leadership and cross functional teams to support deal progression, onboarding, and long term account growth
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and reporting to support forecasting and performance visibility
Qualifications and Skills for the Senior Business Development Rep:
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, business development, or client portfolio management, ideally within property management, construction, or real estate environments
• Strong relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills with a client focused approach
• Ability to work independently in the field while staying organized and aligned with internal stakeholders
• Proficiency with CRM systems, basic Excel, and sales reporting tools to manage pipelines and client data
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40 to 60 percent throughout Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
