Job Title: Sales Coordinator Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our client to support daily business development efforts and strengthen lead engagement activities. This temporary, onsite role based in Malvern, Pennsylvania focuses on keeping sales operations organized, responsive, and data driven. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with leadership to manage outreach, maintain accurate records, and contribute to effective communication with prospective clients. This position offers hands on exposure to sales processes and relationship building within a small, collaborative office setting. Compensation:
$20 to $23 per hour Work Schedule:
16 to 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling Monday through Thursday; no Fridays. Open to two full days or three to four half days, with afternoon availability required to support West Coast clients. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:
• Support the Director of Business Development with day to day sales coordination, follow up activities, and scheduling support
• Maintain accurate and up to date records in the company CRM, including lead details, outreach activity, and reporting updates
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and similar channels to engage warm and cold prospects
• Research prospective organizations and contacts to enable targeted and informed outreach efforts
• Prepare summaries, reports, and activity updates while contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies and processes Qualifications and Skills for the Sales Coordinator:
• Sales minded approach with a strong interest in business development, lead generation, or account support
• Comfort working in an onsite office environment and communicating confidently by phone and email
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn, Outlook, and basic research tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to organization and follow through
• Ability to work independently within a small team; open to recent graduates or candidates with limited experience, including backgrounds in marketing leads, sales support, outbound outreach, or interest in IT or SaaS sales Why Join Us?
