Job Title: Sr. Quality Business Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Quality Business Analyst to join our client to support accurate and compliant claims operations while driving quality improvement initiatives within the Federal Employee Program environment. This role focuses on evaluating claims processing outcomes, identifying system and workflow gaps, and contributing to projects that strengthen operational performance. The position partners closely with claims, technology, and compliance teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met. This is a hybrid, contract to possible permanent opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA.
Compensation:
$37.50 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours, 37.5 hour work week
Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Quality Business Analyst:

• Oversee quality review activities for Federal Employee Program facility claims to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper system functionality
• Analyze processing trends and system behavior to identify defects, root causes, and opportunities for operational and technical improvements
• Support project initiatives by contributing to requirements analysis, test planning, execution, tracking, and documentation of results
• Develop and maintain clear user guides, quality standards, and process documentation while supporting knowledge sharing across teams
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate findings, escalate issues, and assess business impacts

Qualifications and Skills for the Sr. Quality Business Analyst:

• Extensive experience supporting Federal Employee Program facility claims with a strong background in quality assurance and audit functions
• Five to eight years of related experience in healthcare operations, claims analysis, or business analysis roles
• A bachelor degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is equally valued
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute test plans while documenting outcomes and recommending corrective actions
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively across cross functional teams
