Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our client to support the creation, coordination, and delivery of client facing marketing and communication materials. This role focuses on helping ensure educational content related to health plan solutions is accurate, engaging, and delivered on time across print and digital channels. The Marketing Coordinator will partner closely with communications, design, and external vendors to keep projects moving smoothly. This is a remote, contract opportunity suited for someone who enjoys detail oriented work and collaborative marketing operations.
Compensation:
$22 to $25 per hour
Work Schedule:
15 to 20 hours per week during normal business hours with flexible scheduling
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:
• Support the development, organization, and delivery of marketing materials that educate clients and employees, including print and digital assets
• Coordinate production schedules, manage timelines, and oversee version control of materials using tools such as Canva
• Partner with designers, mail houses, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely production and distribution
• Provide project coordination support to keep stakeholders informed and ensure access to the most current materials
• Review, proofread, and maintain marketing content libraries to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and up to date messaging
Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Coordinator:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience supporting content development or marketing initiatives in a fast paced or growing organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online production platforms, with Canva and Vyond experience preferred
