Job Title: Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client to support ongoing hiring needs across a variety of non clinical business functions. This role focuses on delivering timely recruiting support by managing requisitions and partnering closely with an established recruiting team. The specialist will contribute to sourcing, screening, and coordination efforts while helping ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This is a remote, temporary opportunity aligned to Eastern Standard Time.
Compensation:
$30 to $40 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities of the Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Provide recruiting support for overflow requisitions by assisting a collaborative talent acquisition team with active hiring needs
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for non clinical roles such as call center, administrative, and claims related positions
• Partner with hiring managers in a supporting capacity to facilitate interviews, feedback, and candidate movement
• Manage recruiting activities using applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and external job boards to maintain accurate records
• Contribute to a positive candidate and team experience by ensuring communication, organization, and process consistency

Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Three to five or more years of recruiting experience in an agency or full cycle corporate environment
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for high volume, non clinical or operational roles
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and online sourcing platforms
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a team oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast paced recruiting environment
