Job Title: Customer Care Sales Coordinator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Care Sales Coordinator to join our client to support customer satisfaction and sales operations through accurate and timely management of product returns and recalls. This role plays a key part in maintaining service quality by coordinating return authorizations, partnering with vendors, and responding to customer and sales inquiries. The position is remote and offered as a temporary opportunity, providing exposure to collaborative sales and customer care functions across multiple teams. Success in this role contributes directly to operational efficiency and positive customer outcomes.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility based on time zone
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Sales Coordinator:
  • Manage return, recall, and exception requests from initiation through completion while adhering to established company and vendor guidelines
  • Review and process return authorization requests for standard, special order, and direct ship products to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate approvals and communication with vendors and manufacturers to support timely resolution of return activity
  • Generate and distribute return shipping labels and maintain clear documentation throughout the process
  • Serve as a central point of contact for return related questions from customers and internal sales teams
Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Care Sales Coordinator:
  • Experience supporting customer service or sales operations, ideally within the animal health or veterinary industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused approach
  • Ability to manage a high volume workload in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and comfort working within multiple systems and platforms
  • Familiarity with IBM AS400, IBS XT client, or Salesforce is beneficial but not required
