Job Title: Claims Data Coordinator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Claims Data Coordinator to join our client to support the accuracy and flow of healthcare claims data during a period of increased volume. This temporary, remote role is based in the Philadelphia, PA area, with occasional onsite work as needed. The position focuses on resolving claim data issues, improving match rates, and ensuring provider information is complete and accurate. This role contributes directly to timely claims processing and operational stability for the Claims team.
Compensation:
$22.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Claims Data Coordinator:

• Support claims processing efforts by entering, reviewing, and updating provider and address information across multiple internal systems
• Analyze claim records to identify missing, mismatched, or inaccurate data and apply established steps to resolve discrepancies
• Document unmatched provider details in designated systems to trigger proper claim matching and resolution
• Navigate CRM platforms, shared inboxes, and internal databases to locate and verify required claim information
• Maintain assigned claim queues while meeting productivity, quality, and compliance expectations

Qualifications and Skills for the Claims Data Coordinator:

• High school diploma or GED with prior experience in healthcare insurance or claims environments
• Demonstrated data entry and administrative support experience with strong typing and computer proficiency
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow structured workflows in a fast paced setting
• Basic critical thinking skills with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
