Job Title: Title Closer
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Title Closer to join our client to support the successful completion of residential real estate purchase transactions. This role is responsible for guiding files through the full closing lifecycle while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication among all parties involved. The Title Closer plays a critical role in delivering smooth, timely closings in a fast paced, detail driven environment. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Blue Bell, PA.
Compensation:
$50,000 to $60,000 per year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, eight hour day with a start time between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM
Training hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Title Closer:
• Oversee residential purchase closings from pre closing through post closing, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time
• Serve as a central point of contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, brokers, attorneys, and internal teams to maintain clear and timely communication
• Prepare, review, and approve settlement statements, closing disclosures, and related closing documents in accordance with transaction requirements and applicable regulations
• Coordinate document execution, disbursements, and resolution of document issues while ensuring compliance with contracts, deeds, mortgages, and title policies
• Partner closely with post closing and operational teams to support recording, policy issuance, and clearance of outstanding curative items
Qualifications and Skills for the Title Closer:
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Three or more years of experience in a title or closing environment handling purchase transactions
• Familiarity with national or multi state purchase closings is strongly preferred
• Experience using ResWare or similar title and closing software systems
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills with the ability to manage high volume work under deadlines
