Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our client to support strategic hiring initiatives across clinical, laboratory, and healthcare teams. This role partners closely with hiring leaders to deliver timely and effective recruiting outcomes while strengthening talent pipelines. The ideal professional brings strong recruiting fundamentals, consultative skills, and the ability to contribute immediately in a fast paced environment. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania or Raleigh, North Carolina on a temporary basis.
Compensation:
$50.00 to $55.00 per hour, based on experience
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Business Partner:
• Deliver full lifecycle recruiting support for laboratory, clinic, healthcare, and clinical roles, ensuring efficient and high quality hiring outcomes
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to align recruiting strategies with business priorities and workforce needs
• Build, maintain, and nurture internal and external talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring demands
• Analyze recruiting metrics and leverage insights to refine processes, improve time to fill, and enhance candidate experience
• Stay informed on talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices to continuously strengthen recruiting approaches
Qualifications and Skills for the Talent Acquisition Business Partner:
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with equivalent professional experience also considered
• Demonstrated experience recruiting within scientific, laboratory, clinical, or healthcare environments
• Strong foundation in corporate talent acquisition, with agency experience considered when directly partnering with hiring managers
• Ability to step into the role quickly, manage competing priorities, and support urgent hiring needs with professionalism
• Familiarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems is strongly preferred
