Job Title: Mortgage Closer
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mortgage Closer to join our client to support the timely and compliant completion of residential mortgage transactions. This role plays a key part in ensuring loans are accurately prepared, reviewed, and finalized in accordance with regulatory requirements and investor standards. The Mortgage Closer will manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast paced environment. This is an onsite, contract to hire opportunity based in Feasterville Trevose, Pennsylvania.
Compensation:
$25.00 to $28.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Mortgage Closer:
- Prepare complete and accurate closing packages by converting approved loan files into final documentation ready for execution
- Ensure all disclosures and closing documents align with TRID requirements and applicable mortgage regulations
- Coordinate post closing follow up, including obtaining trailing documents and resolving outstanding conditions
- Review, verify, and enter closing data to support accurate funding and reporting
- Organize and deliver closed loan files for shipment to servicers, investors, or government agencies
- Minimum of five years of hands on experience performing mortgage closing functions
- Strong working knowledge of TRID guidelines and residential mortgage compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage a high volume pipeline while meeting strict deadlines
- In depth understanding of real estate transactions, appraisal practices, and financial documentation
- Availability to work onsite at the Trevose, Pennsylvania office location
