Job Title:Customer Account Specialists Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Account Specialists to join our client to support daily customer interactions within a high volume contact center environment. This onsite role focuses on delivering dependable service, resolving customer needs efficiently, and maintaining accurate documentation across internal systems. The position offers hands on exposure to customer account management and utility related services while working closely with a collaborative team. $18.00 per hour Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Training lasts approximately six weeks with required attendance. Training hours may begin at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM depending on location. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Account Specialists:
• Deliver timely, professional customer support by handling inbound calls and completing outbound follow up as needed
• Resolve customer questions and concerns by actively listening, clarifying details, and applying sound judgment to identify appropriate solutions
• Navigate internal systems and reference tools to research account information and determine next steps
• Accurately document all customer interactions and actions taken within the customer information system
• Build working knowledge of applications, processes, and water utility services while contributing to a team oriented environment Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Account Specialists:
• High school diploma or state accepted equivalency certificate required
• Minimum of two years of customer service or related business experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, typing, and general computer navigation
