Job Title: Manager, Enrollment Services Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Manager, Enrollment Services to join our client to support and guide Medicare Advantage enrollment operations while ensuring regulatory accuracy, reconciliation integrity, and operational effectiveness. This role focuses on leading enrollment reconciliation activities, supporting audits, and partnering with cross functional teams to meet federal and state requirements. The Manager will oversee a large team and contribute to strategic planning while serving as a key representative for government market interactions. This is a hybrid, contract to possible hire position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Compensation:
Up to $63.50 per hour Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours, 37.5 hour work week Key Responsibilities of the Manager, Enrollment Services:
• Oversee Medicare Advantage enrollment reconciliation activities to ensure alignment between CMS data, regulatory submissions, and internal systems
• Serve as the primary lead for government market reconciliation processes, regulatory meetings, and onsite audits, including preparation and internal coordination
• Partner with operations, IT, compliance, regulatory, and customer service teams to implement required enrollment and reporting changes
• Analyze enrollment metrics, reconciliation results, and operational data to support performance goals and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead, develop, and support Enrollment Services staff through effective training, staffing oversight, policy development, and collaborative leadership Qualifications and Skills for the Manager, Enrollment Services:
• Six or more years of experience in health plan or operational enrollment environments, with strong exposure to Medicare Advantage
• At least three years of direct people leadership experience managing teams and cross departmental initiatives
• Working knowledge of federal and state enrollment regulations, audit processes, and operational policy development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with familiarity in workflow or documentation platforms preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, decision making, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Why Join Us?
