Job Title: Civil Litigation Paralegal
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our client to support the delivery of high quality legal services across civil and special education related matters. This role plays a key part in managing federal and state case activity, ensuring filings, records, and deadlines are handled with accuracy and care. The position is based onsite in Doylestown, Pennsylvania and offers a permanent opportunity to work closely with attorneys in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills and confidence navigating court procedures and case documentation.
Compensation:
$42.00 to $46.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Paralegal:
• Oversee preparation and electronic filing of federal court documents, pleadings, and procedural submissions while ensuring compliance with court rules
• Coordinate administrative complaint processes by tracking deadlines, assembling exhibits, and supporting required filings
• Organize, maintain, and retrieve student records and other sensitive case materials to support active matters
• Assist attorneys with pre trial preparation, claim drafting, and case development when administrative remedies are complete
• Manage case calendars, communication, and ongoing coordination with attorneys, clients, and court personnel across multiple matters
Qualifications and Skills for the Civil Litigation Paralegal:
• Prior experience supporting civil litigation matters, including federal court filings and procedural requirements
• Working knowledge of administrative complaint processes and document management practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines accurately
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for interaction with legal teams and external parties
• Familiarity with education related matters or special education cases is helpful but not required
