Job Title: Corporate Real Estate Paralegal
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Paralegal to join our client to support complex commercial real estate and corporate transactions within a busy legal practice. This onsite, direct hire role in Providence, Rhode Island offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on purchase and sale agreements, financing, and due diligence from start to finish. The position plays a key role in keeping transactions organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently. Ideal candidates bring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
Compensation:
$100,000 to $115,000 per year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours | 37.5 hour work week
Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Real Estate Paralegal:
- Support end to end transaction execution by preparing, reviewing, and organizing commercial real estate agreements, loan documents, and closing materials
- Manage due diligence and research activities including title and survey review, lien and litigation searches, and summarizing findings for attorney review
- Oversee documentation and filings such as UCC statements, recordable documents, and bulk sale notices while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate communication and logistics with attorneys, clients, title companies, and opposing counsel to facilitate efficient closings
- Maintain organized transaction files, assemble closing binders, and track deal progress through detailed checklists and document management processes
Qualifications and Skills for the Corporate Real Estate Paralegal:
- Eight or more years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions within a law firm, corporate, or professional services environment
- Strong working knowledge of real estate financing, title review, UCC filings, and general corporate structures
- A degree or paralegal certification is preferred, though equivalent experience is valued
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines
