Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our client to support legal teams in managing case preparation, documentation, and trial readiness. This role plays a key part in ensuring litigation matters move forward efficiently through strong organization and clear communication. The ideal candidate will contribute to case strategy by coordinating records, depositions, and legal materials. This is a permanent opportunity based in Pittsburgh, PA with a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation:
$70,000 - $80,000 per year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday during normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal:

• Manage case documentation by obtaining, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and coordinating subpoena requests
• Coordinate communication with experts, clients, and legal contacts to support ongoing litigation activities
• Prepare for depositions by scheduling sessions and organizing related materials and supporting documents
• Support trial preparation through the assembly and organization of exhibits, binders, and case files
• Maintain accurate electronic case records to ensure accessibility and consistency across legal teams

Qualifications and Skills for the Litigation Paralegal:

• A paralegal certificate or degree is preferred, though equivalent legal experience of five or more years will be considered
• Strong organizational abilities with careful attention to accuracy and detail in all work tasks
• Effective communication and listening skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook along with general computer skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team while adapting to new tasks quickly
