Job Title: Tax Services Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Tax Services Analyst to join our client to support secure and accurate cash operations and tax payment processing within a structured onsite environment in West Palm Beach, FL. This contract role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity, ensuring compliance, and supporting daily operational workflows. The position offers hands on involvement in payment handling, process improvement, and loan related support activities. Ideal candidates are highly detail oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast paced setting.
Compensation:
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Tax Services Analyst:
• Manage tax payment operations including printing, sorting, and mailing while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain control over cash handling procedures and monitor inventory such as check stock, placing orders as needed
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize daily tasks and adjust workflows based on evolving business needs
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to continuous process improvements and automation efforts
• Support loan processing activities related to residential reverse and unsecured loans while maintaining compliance standards
Qualifications and Skills for the Tax Services Analyst:
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks that require precision and accuracy
• Proven ability to work in a structured environment while balancing multiple priorities effectively
• Comfortable adapting to changing responsibilities and supporting different functional areas as needed
• Problem solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions independently
• Experience in financial operations, cash handling, or loan processing is preferred, though relevant transferable experience is considered
