Job Title: Clinical CRA Talent Sourcing Recruiter
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Clinical CRA Talent Sourcing Recruiter to join our client to support the identification and engagement of top clinical research talent across multiple levels. This contract opportunity plays a key role in building strong candidate pipelines and driving proactive recruitment strategies within the clinical research space. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring teams to deliver qualified talent while strengthening long term candidate relationships. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Blue Bell, PA.
Compensation:
$40 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Clinical CRA Talent Sourcing Recruiter:

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify Clinical Research Associates and related clinical roles across varying levels of experience
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through ongoing outreach, networking, and engagement with active and passive candidates
• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and industry resources to locate and evaluate qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate screening, initial qualification, and documentation within an applicant tracking system such as Workday
• Map and track talent across clinical research organizations, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors to support hiring needs

Qualifications and Skills for the Clinical CRA Talent Sourcing Recruiter:

• At least three years of experience sourcing or recruiting Clinical Research Associates within clinical or life sciences environments
• Background supporting hiring within CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizations
• Strong ability to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strategies, and professional networks
• Effective communication and relationship building skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM platforms, with Workday experience preferred
