Job Title: Order to Cash Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Order to Cash Analyst to join our client to support end to end billing, collections, and process improvement efforts across multiple business units. This onsite contract role partners with accounting, sales, and operations teams to improve invoice accuracy, speed up cash collection, and resolve process gaps. The position blends hands on accounts receivable work with analytical problem solving across systems and workflows. This opportunity is based in Pennsauken NJ or Lebanon PA and offers strong exposure to enterprise systems and national customer accounts.
Compensation:
$33 to $36 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Order to Cash Analyst:
  • Manage invoicing and billing activities across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely processing within ERP systems
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer accounts payable teams, resolving invoice discrepancies, managing portal submissions, and maintaining strong professional communication
  • Oversee collections for a national portfolio, including follow ups on past due balances, payment coordination, and cash application accuracy
  • Identify process breakdowns within the order to cash cycle, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements through standard procedures and collaboration across departments
  • Analyze receivable data and performance metrics, leveraging Excel and system tools to report on aging, trends, and opportunities for efficiency gains
Qualifications and Skills for the Order to Cash Analyst:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is equally valued
  • Three to five years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections, ideally within a multi entity environment
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as Sage, NetSuite, or similar systems, along with strong Excel skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers
  • Familiarity with customer portals, process improvement initiatives, and reconciliation practices within accounts receivable
