Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to join our client to support coordination between customer demand and production operations while improving service performance and delivery outcomes. This role focuses on analyzing supply chain data, resolving order related challenges, and driving continuous improvement across internal teams. The Data Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment. This is a contract opportunity based in King of Prussia, PA with a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation:
$24–$26 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Data Analyst:

• Analyze order trends and delivery performance to identify root causes of delays and recommend actions that improve service levels
• Manage escalated order concerns while coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
• Partner with teams across scheduling, supply chain, sales, and warehouse operations to enhance fulfillment processes and close service gaps
• Evaluate risks and disruptions in the supply chain, develop recovery strategies, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders
• Conduct scenario based analysis to anticipate potential challenges, support planning decisions, and ensure alignment with company goals

Qualifications and Skills for the Data Analyst:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or data analysis roles supporting service delivery and fulfillment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with advanced Excel capabilities and experience working in SAP S4 Hana
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with experience working across teams and handling conflict resolution when needed
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and understanding of ATP concepts is preferred
