Job Title: Contract TA Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract TA Specialist to join our client to support recruiting operations and help drive timely hiring outcomes across a variety of business areas. This remote, temporary opportunity focuses on managing recruitment needs that require additional bandwidth for an established talent acquisition team. The role plays a key part in ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates while maintaining a strong partnership with internal stakeholders. Candidates will contribute to efficient hiring processes and a positive candidate experience.
Compensation:
$30 – $40 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities of the Contract TA Specialist:

• Support recruiting demand by managing assigned requisitions and ensuring consistent candidate flow across multiple job categories
• Conduct end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support
• Partner with hiring leaders and internal recruiters to align on candidate profiles and hiring priorities
• Utilize applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and job boards to maintain accurate records and efficient workflows
• Deliver clear communication and collaboration to promote a smooth hiring process and positive team environment

Qualifications and Skills for the Contract TA Specialist:

• Prior experience in recruitment with a focus on managing full cycle hiring processes across diverse roles
• Background in agency or high volume recruiting environments is highly valued
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other hiring tools to manage candidate pipelines
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills with the ability to work within a team setting
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a remote environment
