Job Title: HR Compliance Coordinator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a HR Compliance Coordinator to join our client to support a large scale audit initiative focused on employment eligibility records and regulatory compliance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring documentation accuracy and reducing organizational risk by reviewing employee records against federal requirements. The coordinator will collaborate closely with internal HR partners to identify gaps and help implement corrective actions. This is an onsite, temporary opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA that offers hands on exposure to high impact compliance work.
Compensation:
$23 – $27 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the HR Compliance Coordinator:
  • Conduct detailed reviews of employee Form I 9 records to ensure alignment with federal compliance standards and organizational policies
  • Identify documentation errors, missing information, and potential risk areas while maintaining clear and organized audit records
  • Support resolution efforts by coordinating corrections and updates in partnership with HR and talent management teams
  • Track audit progress, compile findings, and prepare summaries that highlight trends and recommended improvements
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information and compliance data
Qualifications and Skills for the HR Compliance Coordinator:
  • At least three years of direct experience managing or auditing Form I 9 documentation in a professional setting
  • Strong understanding of USCIS requirements and current employment eligibility verification practices
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of records accurately and efficiently
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and present findings clearly
  • Ability to stay informed on regulatory updates and apply changes to ongoing audit processes
