Job Title: Customer Solutions Associate
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to join our client to support the accurate evaluation, processing, and quoting of customer insurance related accounts. This hybrid, contract to hire opportunity based in Wayne, PA plays an important role in maintaining data accuracy, assisting customers and business partners, and supporting underwriting operations. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, service driven, and comfortable working with both data and customer communications. This position offers exposure to multiple business functions while contributing to day to day account management activities.
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday with availability to work until 8:00 PM after training. Typically includes 1 to 2 remote late shifts per week.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Associate:
  • Support the processing and maintenance of account information by reviewing applications, validating data, and entering details into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Deliver responsive service to customers, brokers, agencies, and internal teams through phone and email communication while addressing inquiries and written requests.
  • Research property and account information using internal resources and external sources to verify coverage history, loss data, classifications, and insured values.
  • Assist with quoting and policy administration activities by evaluating account details, updating pricing information, issuing approved business, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency through exception handling, coordination of risk assessments, reporting support, and participation in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Solutions Associate:
  • Strong data entry and administrative skills with the ability to manage detailed information accurately within multiple systems.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and technology based tools to organize, analyze, and process account related data.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset and the ability to interact professionally across various stakeholder groups.
  • Strong research, problem solving, and organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, follow established guidelines, and work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
