Key Responsibilities of the Customer Account Specialist:
- Manage an assigned portfolio of business accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience and consistent account support.
- Deliver guidance and responsive service to clients while promoting long term engagement and account retention.
- Coordinate with cross functional partners to address customer needs, resolve issues, and support business objectives.
- Monitor account activity, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to revenue preservation efforts.
- Maintain a professional remote work environment and participate in virtual customer interactions throughout the workday.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, business development, sales, or another client focused business environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and respond with urgency when needed.
- Comfortable working independently, making informed decisions, and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
