Job Title: Senior FP&A Manager
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid, Temp opportunity is based in Media, PA and offers the chance to lead enterprise level financial planning activities while providing insights that influence strategic decision making. The individual in this position will collaborate with finance and operational leaders, oversee forecasting and budgeting efforts, and help drive financial visibility across the organization. Success in this role requires strong leadership abilities, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information to a variety of stakeholders.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Senior FP&A Manager:
  • Oversee organization wide budgeting, forecasting, and long range financial planning activities to support business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Deliver meaningful financial reporting, trend analysis, and performance insights that assist leadership teams with planning and operational decisions.
  • Guide and develop a team of finance professionals through coaching, performance support, and ongoing professional growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple business functions to create consistency in financial processes, assumptions, and planning methodologies.
  • Support executive presentations, financial modeling, scenario evaluations, and other analyses that contribute to future business direction.
Qualifications and Skills for the Senior FP&A Manager:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required; advanced graduate level education preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience, including responsibility for enterprise wide forecasting and financial management activities.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring finance teams.
  • Background within a retail environment preferred, along with a proven ability to lead cross functional projects and support organizational change.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience utilizing financial planning platforms and enterprise resource planning systems; strong presentation and communication skills required.
