Job Title: Sr. HRIS Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid, temporary opportunity in Yardley, PA offers the chance to play a critical role in a large scale HR systems transition, helping ensure workforce data is accurate, organized, and ready for successful deployment. The position collaborates closely with cross functional stakeholders to validate information, improve data integrity, and support system readiness activities. Candidates with strong HR technology expertise, analytical skills, and experience working through system implementations will be well positioned for success.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Sr. HRIS Analyst:

• Support HR technology implementation efforts through detailed data validation, cleansing, and preparation activities.
• Analyze employee and organizational data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for system conversion initiatives.
• Coordinate data mapping activities between HR platforms and assist with resolving discrepancies during migration processes.
• Oversee auditing procedures that promote data integrity and compliance with established business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functional areas to facilitate successful system configuration, testing, and deployment efforts.

Qualifications and Skills for the Sr. HRIS Analyst:

• Demonstrated experience supporting HR information systems with a strong understanding of employee data management processes.
• Hands on experience with Dayforce configuration and administration in a business environment.
• Familiarity with UKG platforms and experience supporting HR system implementations or transitions.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience performing data audits, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring high levels of data accuracy.
