Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our client to support the successful handling of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from case development through resolution. This direct hire opportunity is based in Mount Laurel, NJ and offers the chance to work closely with a legal team managing a diverse litigation caseload. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping cases organized, preparing legal documentation, coordinating litigation activities, and helping drive positive outcomes for clients. This position is best suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and can manage multiple priorities independently.

Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000/year + quarterly bonus opportunity

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal:

• Coordinate ongoing client communication, gather treatment updates, and maintain accurate case records throughout the litigation process.
• Manage the collection, organization, and analysis of medical documentation, billing records, insurance information, and lien-related materials to support case strategy and settlement efforts.
• Prepare, draft, and electronically file a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery materials, arbitration submissions, and settlement-related paperwork.
• Oversee case progression by maintaining deadlines, scheduling litigation events, and ensuring all court and case management requirements are met.
• Review and organize discovery responses, supporting attorneys with case preparation, document management, and litigation readiness.
• Assemble demand packages and other supporting materials used in negotiations, mediations, and case resolutions.

Qualifications and Skills for the Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal:

• Prior experience supporting personal injury litigation matters, with the ability to manage cases through multiple stages of the legal process.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience utilizing legal document management or case management platforms.
• Capable of working independently, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, injury-related documentation, or healthcare records is highly beneficial.
• Adaptable team player who can effectively navigate changing priorities and workflow demands.
• Bilingual communication skills are welcomed but not required.
