Job Title: BSA Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a BSA Analyst to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Direct Hire opportunity is located in Sewell, NJ and requires an Onsite work arrangement. The individual in this position will play a key role in regulatory compliance efforts by analyzing account and transaction activity, supporting risk management processes, and helping maintain adherence to banking regulations. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across operational areas while contributing to the integrity and effectiveness of compliance programs.
Compensation:
$55,000 - $60,000/year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the BSA Analyst:
  • Analyze system generated activity alerts, conduct detailed research, and document findings to support compliance and risk management objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain regulatory reporting documentation related to potentially unusual or suspicious financial activity.
  • Review newly established customer accounts to ensure required identification and account opening documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Monitor account activity associated with elevated risk profiles and evaluate transactional trends for regulatory compliance purposes.
  • Support ongoing compliance operations by maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and assisting with additional departmental initiatives as needed.
Qualifications and Skills for the BSA Analyst:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in anti money laundering, financial crime compliance, or a related banking compliance function.
  • Experience using transaction monitoring or compliance management platforms, including financial crime detection tools or similar software solutions.
  • Background in banking operations, deposit services, lending support, or regulatory compliance activities.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, along with solid technical aptitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent combined with excellent communication skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and strong attention to detail.
