Job Title: Sr. FP&A Analyst (Procurement)
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst (Procurement) to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid, Direct Hire opportunity is based in King of Prussia, PA and offers the chance to shape financial planning and analysis activities related to procurement and supply chain operations. The selected professional will work closely with leaders across finance, operations, and sourcing functions to drive informed decision making, improve cost visibility, and enhance reporting capabilities. Success in this role requires strong analytical expertise, business partnership skills, and the ability to develop scalable financial processes that support long term growth.
Compensation:
$135,000 - $145,000/year plus annual bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Sr. FP&A Analyst (Procurement):

• Analyze spending trends across sourcing, distribution, transportation, and operational activities to uncover savings opportunities and support strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models, performance metrics, management reports, and executive level insights that guide business decisions.
• Partner with leadership teams across finance and operational functions to evaluate business challenges, assess financial impacts, and recommend solutions.
• Establish and enhance reporting structures, analytical frameworks, and process improvements that increase efficiency and financial visibility.
• Deliver data driven evaluations of supplier performance, purchasing activities, and operational costs while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills for the Sr. FP&A Analyst (Procurement):

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, along with significant experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise supporting procurement and supply chain finance activities within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to create sophisticated financial models, perform cost analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders.
• Experience influencing stakeholders, building new processes, and implementing reporting solutions that support organizational growth and operational effectiveness.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and enterprise resource planning systems, with familiarity working within large scale financial data environments.
