Job Title: Recruiter
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This onsite contract opportunity is based in Mt. Holly, NJ and offers the chance to play a vital role in attracting and hiring skilled talent for operational and field based positions. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring leaders, manage multiple openings simultaneously, and help drive efficient hiring processes across the organization. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Compensation:
$25.00 - $31.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch
Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

• Manage a portfolio of open positions and maintain recruiting activities throughout the hiring lifecycle from sourcing through offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring leaders to evaluate candidate qualifications, provide recruitment updates, and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, communications, and scheduling activities to ensure a positive and organized hiring experience.
• Utilize an applicant tracking system to maintain accurate records, track recruiting metrics, and support compliance with hiring processes.
• Support workforce planning efforts by identifying qualified talent for skilled trades and transportation related positions while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications and Skills for the Recruiter:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One to two years of recruiting experience within an agency environment, preferably supporting industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational workforces.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of an organization.
• Proven record of professional stability, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast paced recruiting environment.
