Job Title: Bill Repricer
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bill Repricer to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Remote temporary opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in medical claims or healthcare billing who enjoy analytical work and maintaining accuracy in high volume processes. The position plays an important role in ensuring the proper review and adjustment of healthcare related invoices while collaborating with internal teams to support efficient claims administration. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities effectively.
Compensation:
$26/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Bill Repricer:

• Analyze medical billing documentation and adjust charges based on applicable reimbursement agreements, fee arrangements, and established guidelines.
• Review claim related information across multiple platforms to verify accuracy, identify required updates, and support timely processing activities.
• Maintain complete and organized records that promote transparency, audit readiness, and effective communication among stakeholders.
• Ensure billing calculations and pricing adjustments are applied accurately by utilizing strong numerical and problem solving skills.
• Support operational goals by managing assigned workloads, prioritizing tasks effectively, and adapting to evolving business needs.

Qualifications and Skills for the Bill Repricer:

• Previous experience within medical billing, healthcare claims processing, or a related field with a strong understanding of industry terminology and workflows.
• Ability to explain prior accomplishments involving claim or invoice review, including the volume and complexity of work managed.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies, verify information, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Comfortable using multiple computer applications, databases, and shared resources while managing concurrent tasks.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills, dependability, and the capacity to learn and retain healthcare coding and reimbursement concepts.
