Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Direct Hire opportunity is based in Dallas, Texas and offers an Onsite work arrangement. The position plays a vital role in supporting litigation matters through case coordination, legal document preparation, research activities, and evidence management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a detail oriented environment, collaborate closely with legal professionals, and contribute to the successful progression of cases from initial filing through trial preparation.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal:

• Coordinate litigation matters throughout the case lifecycle, ensuring deadlines, filings, and case milestones are effectively managed.
• Prepare and organize legal correspondence, court related materials, and other documentation to support ongoing legal proceedings.
• Collect, maintain, and track records and supporting materials obtained from internal and external sources.
• Analyze case related information and documentation to assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation.
• Conduct investigative research, review available records, and compile findings to support litigation activities and trial readiness.

Qualifications and Skills for the Litigation Paralegal:

• Experience supporting litigation matters within a legal environment and managing multiple active cases simultaneously.
• Ability to prepare legal documentation with strong attention to accuracy, organization, and detail.
• Proven skills in reviewing, organizing, and evaluating large volumes of records and case materials.
• Experience performing legal research, fact gathering, and information analysis to support case development.
• Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to meet competing deadlines.
